I was navigating a masculine world where people often saw the woman in me before recognizing the professional. I didn’t want to sacrifice my femininity, but I realized it could sometimes work against me and undermine my credibility.
In today's environment, we can't afford to neglect our professional appearance, or to reflect an image that doesn't match our company's position and values. The same applies to our private lives.
Of Italian origin, I've always been touched by what is beautiful, harmonious and alive. It's what guides me in everything I do and everything I am. Even as a child, I'd run off alone to the stores to buy pretty dresses. At the time, however, I didn't think it was possible to make a living from my passion, so I went on to study business and enjoyed a successful financial career for over 20 years.

My career in finance has taught me just how much one’s image and presence influence professional perception. In my own wardrobe, I’ve also found that simply accumulating clothes isn’t enough to make my choices any simpler or more cohesive.

I was only wearing a small portion of my wardrobe. I realized how important it is to coordinate my clothes with each other, with my lifestyle, and with the image I wanted to project:
